REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

• Workshops, Seminar, events – If the Workshops, Seminar, events are canceled for any reason before the date then all participants will be refunded 100% of the paid amount
• Skill University Recorded/On-live (Hybrid) courses – No refund once the course is purchased, you’re advised to check course promo, course overview video, course outline, and instructor’s profile before purchasing any course.
• If a user/learner payment for a live course and if he/she is unable to join the workshop in due time, there will be no reimbursement or refund by Skill University Platform.
